I think one of the strongest and most accessible and fun way to become conscious about yourself is by listening to music.
Whether it’s classical, pop or dance music, everyone listens to music. Some music makes you sad, while other music may make you happy. Music that makes you feel you are alive and that you deserve to be noticed. Just look at the global impact of Pharrell Williams’ song Happy. It has unleashed a genuine movement, where people upload clips of people dancing to the song Happy. This is how powerful music can be.
Music isn’t only good for your mind, but also good for your body. Which in turn is good for your mind, and so on. Obviously you should sing songs with positive power thoughts, because if you sing the following all day: “I’m a bitch”, then it wouldn’t surprise me if you felt like one by the end of the day. In that case you’d be better off singing a song by this legend: Tom Jones! “She is a lady” and make it: “I am a lady.” Can you feel the difference?
As I use songs as power thoughts, even when the song has no lyrics.
In my new project The Mystery Games I am playing instrumental songs with a link to my conscious lifestyle. Movements in the energy and the instruments or sounds.
My first song is about coming home, and was one year before I came home myself. Don’t you want to come home to yourself?
